Another example of sustainability for consumers was recently explored when Cargill conducted a study to determine if consumers expect to keep protein on their shopping lists as part of a healthy and sustainable diet. Through this survey, Cargill found that consumers agree that meat, fish and eggs can play a major role in maintaining an environmentally responsible diet.
