212 degrees is temperature at which water boils. The 212° conference takes students to the boiling point of leadership. Themes for the conference are virtues, growth and collaboration.
360° takes students full circle through chapter leadership development. Attendees will learn how to develop action plans for their chapters from every angle. Themes for this conference are action and influence.
Blast Off is the first in a series of training conferences for state FFA officers. The conference helps newly elected state officers identify their strengths, develop personal growth plans, master speech writing and delivery, and develop personal management skills.
NLCSO is the second conference in the training series for state FFA officers. Its focus is on helping officer teams identify their strengths and weaknesses as a group, and learn advanced interpersonal communication strategies and presentation delivery techniques.
The New Century Farmer conference is for college students who are committed to pursuing a career in production agriculture. Attendees must apply in order to be invited to the conference. Those selected attend a series of workshops lead by industry leaders on topic such as: the global agriculture marketplace, farm financing, consumer trends and managing risk.
SPC is the final conference in the state FFA officers training series. Two officers from each state association travel to Washington, D.C. to begin the delegate committee process, advocate for agricultural education and share ideas among all state FFA associations.
WLC is the ultimate leadership experience for FFA members. It provides hands-on experiences that help attendees learn how to apply leadership skills to real-life situations. This conferences focuses on personal development, diversity, advocacy and service. There are seven, one-week sessions each summer.
