Potato Production | SAE

Hannah Shaw, a recent graduate of Central Aroostook High School in Mars Hill, Maine, describes her SAE in the potato industry through pathways in vegetable production and ag communications. She shares her experiences working on a conveyor belt during harvest, driving a potato truck, and interviewing local growers and writing articles for the Maine Potato Board. She also discusses how FFA activities, family support, and record keeping shaped her work ethic and prepared her for the future.
