The National FFA Organization has announced the 16 finalists for its 2026 top achievement awards: American Star Farmer, American Star in Agribusiness, American Star in Agricultural Placement and American Star in Agriscience.

Next Gen Conferences provide FFA student members with a look into career opportunities within the agriculture industry. The June conference brought together 75 high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to learn more about the value of agribusiness systems through informational sessions, panel discussions, and tours.

Centered on the National FFA Organization’s Living to Serve initiative, the Catalyst conference helped students transform community service into meaningful service projects through leadership development, collaboration and hands-on learning.

This summer, thousands of FFA members from across the country will gather in Washington, D.C., for the Washington Leadership Conference (WLC), a premier leadership experience for students that exposes them to the rich history of our nation’s capital.

National FFA Organization announced 88 people from 38 different states will serve as National Teacher Ambassadors for the 2026-2027 School Year. National Teacher Ambassadors are agricultural educators who are trained to provide training and resources to other teachers across the country, as well as serving as subject-matter experts for agricultural education.

The 2025-26 National FFA Officer Team recently returned from the National FFA Officers International Experience Program in Japan, where they experienced Japanese culture and agriculture in partnership with sister organization Future Farmers of Japan (FFJ). This annual trip provides National FFA Officers the chance to experience firsthand how agriculture transcends geographical boundaries and strengthens a partnership that dates back to 1950.

The National FFA Foundation recently announced its new 2026 Sponsors’ Board members. The board is made up of top corporate executives who wish to support agricultural education and the National FFA Organization.

The National FFA Organization is proud to announce that members, alumni and supporters across the country raised more than $1.6 million during this year’s Give FFA Day on Thursday, February 26. Each of the 52 state associations participated, with supporters contributing thousands of individual gifts, demonstrating the nationwide impact and reach of the FFA community.

Earlier this month, the first FFA Next Gen Conference of 2026 was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a focus on hands-on learning in power, structural and technical systems.

The National FFA Organization is proud to announce a new way for people to support the next generation of leaders for this year’s Give FFA Day: ChapterBoost. The ChapterBoost program showcases local FFA chapters and their goals for hands-on learning, leadership development and agricultural education, giving donors the opportunity to make an immediate impact by selecting a project to support directly through crowdfunding an individual chapter.
