Participants are tasked with creating products based on scenarios provided, such as developing side dishes or snacks for specific markets. Additionally, teams perform a food safety audit by evaluating given situations and identifying issues, corrective actions, and related policies. This event helps students gain hands-on experience and knowledge in food science, safety and product development.
