Meet the 40 FFA Members Running for 2026-27 National FFA Office

Forty FFA members have earned the opportunity to run for national office at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo this October, an achievement that reflects both their dedication to FFA and agriculture and an important step in their leadership development.
The path to becoming a national officer is highly competitive. Each state FFA association may nominate one member each year, and those candidates then move through a rigorous interview process led by the National FFA Officer Nominating Committee. The committee, this year made up of nine students, is responsible for interviewing candidates and selecting the national officer team.
Serving as a National FFA Officer is a rare and demanding honor. The process challenges candidates to better understand their passions while giving them insight into the responsibilities of national office. Although the role requires constant dedication, hard work, and a full schedule, it also offers an unforgettable and life-changing experience.
Congratulations to these members as they seek a position on the 2026-27 National FFA Officer Team.
