The restoration involves assessing damage, sanding and repainting the exterior, and replacing or restoring internal components like the alternator, valves, piston rings, gaskets, and seals while following strict safety protocols. Caleb credits his small engine repair coursework, classmates, and teacher for helping him understand how to tackle the larger engine, and he uses AET software to track his progress while developing skills relevant to the agricultural community's ongoing need for equipment maintenance.
