Paxton Dahmer – Retiring Address

This is Paxton Dahmer's 2021 retiring address as 2020-21 National FFA Central Region Vice President. Introduced by his brother and roommate, Paxton reflects on his childhood struggle with comparison after being picked last in gym class, and shares lessons learned through experiences at FFA camp in Oklahoma, hosting a Ukrainian delegation, and witnessing a member named Allison overcome adversity to earn her state FFA degree. He encourages members to recognize that everyone's path is different, to celebrate others, and to show up as the best version of themselves.
