Lindsey Anderson – GIANT Moment

This is Lindsey Anderson's 2013 retiring address as 2012-13 National FFA Western Region Vice President. Using a childhood memory of attending a San Francisco Giants game, Anderson introduces the idea of a "giant moment" and explores the meaning of pride, drawing on her parents' humble beginnings and an encounter with a military family. She encourages FFA members to take pride in who they are and where they come from, and to show that pride through their actions and deeds rather than just their words.
