Keegan Hum, a senior from the Breckenridge FFA chapter in Michigan, shares his supervised agricultural experience as a placement project at a tractor dealership. Through this hands-on role, he has developed essential workplace skills including teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a business. His SAE has prepared him for future employment by building his resume and demonstrating responsibility, while also motivating him to encourage other students to pursue meaningful agricultural experiences through FFA.
