Students share how FFA and their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects have shaped their personal growth and future readiness. The program has helped them develop practical skills in animal husbandry, overcome challenges like stage fright, build confidence, and expand their social networks. Through FFA, participants credit the organization with helping them discover their identities, prepare for college and careers, and become more responsible and well-rounded individuals.
