Watch the Food Science and Technology awards live Thursday, October 22, at 9 a.m. ET. The Food Science and Technology Career Development Event challenges FFA members to apply the science behind the food supply, from food safety and sensory evaluation to developing a new food product as a team. The awards program celebrates the state teams and individuals who competed at the national level and recognizes the top performers. The top team will be recognized on stage during Session 2 on Thursday afternoon.
