This is Caleb Gustin's 2015 retiring address as 2014-15 National FFA Western Region Vice President. Built around the theme of shining greatness, Gustin uses a childhood javelina-hunting story to illustrate how adventure helps us discover the greatness already within us, then recounts the story of an FFA member named Deanne who shined light into the life of a struggling new student named Harmony. He closes by inviting the audience to raise their phone flashlights as a symbol of discovering and sharing their own greatness with others.
