Bryce Cluff – Work to Be Done

This is Bryce Cluff's 2018 retiring address as 2017-18 National FFA Western Region Vice President, titled "Work to Be Done." Through stories ranging from an encounter with a grieving customer at his Chick-fil-A job to visiting hurricane-ravaged communities in the Virgin Islands, Cluff argues that leadership means recognizing the constant work still left to do. He challenges FFA members to meet that work with love and understanding, extending both unconditionally to everyone they encounter regardless of difference.
