Abbey Gretsch – Journey

This is Abbey Gretsch's 2016 retiring address as 2015-16 National FFA Southern Region Vice President, titled "Journey." Through personal stories of kayaking, softball, hide-and-go-seek, and climbing a mountain in Wyoming, she encourages the audience to approach life as a journey rather than a race by planting themselves in who they are, choosing to just go despite fear, and being present in every moment. She concludes that the ultimate journey is finding joy, which gives life purpose and direction.
