2026 Proficiency Beef Production Entrepreneurship

Joseph Shore of the Gridley FFA chapter in California is interviewed after being named the National Beef Production Entrepreneurship Proficiency Winner. He reflects on building his beef SAE project from a single heifer gifted by his grandfather, the support of his family and their four generations of cattle ranching, and his favorite part of herd management. Joseph also shares his goal of becoming a certified bovine embryologist working in livestock genetics.
