2025 Session 2

This is Session 2 of the 2025 National FFA Convention & Expo. The session opened with the national anthem, the introduction of the national officer team, and bilingual opening ceremonies conducted in English and Spanish, before session chairs Abigail Jacobson and Jack Lingenfelter carried an "iconic duos" theme throughout. U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins delivered a keynote reflecting on her FFA roots, and announced that FFA's federal oversight would move to the USDA; the National FFA Board of Directors and Trustees were recognized, proficiency award and AgriScience Fair (social science) finalists and winners were named, and musical performances were given by FFA members. The session also featured the Middle School Model of Excellence awards, Career and Leadership Development Event winners, one-, two-, and three-star chapter recognitions, a story from the Erwin FFA chapter on crisis relief funding, and the retiring address of Eastern Region Vice President Caroline Groth on overcoming self-doubt through a "truth revolution."
