2023 Session 4

This is Session 4 of the 2023 National FFA Convention & Expo, chaired by MacKenna Clifton and Jessica Herr with a MasterChef-themed cooking motif. The session opened with the National Anthem, officer ceremonies, and roll call, then presented Agricultural Proficiency Award winners (goat, poultry, sheep, small animal, specialty animal, and swine production, plus veterinary science), AgriScience Fair finalists, Honorary American FFA Degrees, Distinguished Service Citations, and VIP Awards, along with performances by the National FFA Chorus. Western Region Vice President Ryan Williamson delivered his retiring address about embracing one's hidden pieces, keynote speaker Corey Flournoy spoke about belonging and inclusion in FFA, and the session closed by recognizing Premier Chapter and Career Development Event finalists and winners.
