Latta FFA: Living to Serve

Ten years ago, Latta FFA Advisor Seth Reeves in Oklahoma decided to teach chapter members the meaning behind “Living to Serve.” He pitched an idea to the chapter officer team, and the annual event “Dude. Be Nice” was created.

The officers noticed that the Latta school staff were not receiving the appreciation they deserved and chose to change that. Annually, chapter members secretly choose a hardworking staff member and work with several other school organizations and athletic teams to pull off a spectacular event.
