February 2026 Strategic Plan Update
Since launching last summer, we’ve: Strategic Plan kickoff with the FFA Board of Directors in May. Strategic Plan Steering Committee selected and engaged. Fieldwork and input gathering, including: 14 SWOT sessions across the FFA community over the summer. Student insights collected through delegate testimony and surveys. A review of organizational data, documents and trends. Synthesis of all input, resulting in nine key themes that will guide the next phase of strategy development. Next up: Strategy Mapping The Senior Management Team began strategy mapping in December, using the themes to define goals that are clear, measurable and aligned to the organization’s future. The Strategic Plan Steering Committee will help refine and approve the goals as we move into the next phase.
