About the Author: Hailee Hancock

Hey! My name is Hailee Hancock, and I am so Honored to be an FFA in the USA reporter this year! I live in a small town in southern Virginia where I serve as parliamentarian in my school's FFA chapter. I love being a part of FFA as it is like home to me. I enjoy participating in many CDE's and LDE's but my favorite is Agriculture Education. When I grow up, I want to be an Ag teacher, I want to share my love for FFA and agriculture while building meaningful connections! Outside of FFA, I enjoy playing volleyball for my school's JV team and being the manager for the wrestling team. I also love serving the Lord at my church, some days that includes singing during praise and worship. Mostly, you can find me teaching in the toddler class or cuddling babies in the nursery!
“Living to Serve” on the Farm and in the Forest
From her FFA beginnings in a school greenhouse to her current role as a park ranger and goat farmer, Cassie Cross lives out the FFA motto every day.
