Hi everyone! My name is AnneClaire Garmon and I am a senior at Barren County High School located in Kentucky. This year I have the pleasure of serving as the Barren County FFA Chapter Vice President as well as the Barren River Region FFA Vice President. Next year, I plan to attend the University of Kentucky to pursue a double major in Agriculture Economics and Public Policy. I am excited to embark on this journey as an FFA In the USA Reporter so that I can advocate for Agriculture Education!

Each year, the Barren County FFA Chapter hosts a community-wide event, the Hog Roast, that celebrates farmers and the county´s agricultural heritage by bringing community members, local businesses, and FFA members together to enjoy a meal and highlight the successes of the Barren County High School Agriculture Department.
