2021 Session 3

This is Session 3 of the 2021 National FFA Convention & Expo, opening with the introduction of the national officer team and the ceremonial opening of the convention by session chairs David Lopez and Anna Mathis, who framed the session around a convention bucket list. The session recognized the Outstanding Corporate Chapter (John Deere), State Alumni Association (Wisconsin), and Outstanding Alumni Chapter (West Rowan) awards, announced Proficiency Award and Agriscience Fair winners, honored the national officers' parents with Honorary American FFA Degrees, and named the Model of Excellence premier chapter (Paris FFA, Missouri) and Career and Leadership Development Event winners. It also featured student talent performances by Bobby Irwin and Ariel Evans and the retiring address of Southern Region Vice President Artha Jonassaint, who spoke about leading an extraordinary life through dreaming, loving, and doing more.
