2023 Session 7

This is Session 7 of the 2023 National FFA Convention & Expo, the final general session, chaired by Carson Cantrell and Gracie Murphy around a home-video theme. The session opened with the National Anthem, officer stationing, and opening ceremonies, then presented the Parliamentary Procedure Career Development Event awards (won by Galt Liberty Ranch of California), recognized past national officers across the decades, honored the retiring officers' parents and families with Honorary American FFA Degrees, and featured performances by the National FFA Chorus and Band. National FFA President Andrew Seibel delivered his retiring address, "Let Love Live," followed by the introduction of the nominating committee and delegate committee chairs. The session closed with the election and installation of the 2023-2024 National FFA Officer Team—President Amara Jackson, with Carter Howe, Grant Norfleet, Kenyon Huntington, Morgan Anderson, and Emily Gossett—and final farewells from the outgoing team before adjournment.
