2024 Session 5

This is Session 5 of the 2024 National FFA Convention & Expo. After the opening ceremonies and roll call, session chairs Emily Gossett and Canyon Huntington hosted the session with a recurring FFA Spin to Win game show theme, presenting Agricultural Proficiency Award finalists and winners, Agriscience Fair winners across six plant systems divisions, the National FFA Band performing Aretha Franklin and Elton John medleys, and the Premier Chapter Award in Building Communities (won by Felicity Franklin FFA of Ohio). The session also introduced the 2024 national officer candidates, recognized the national officers' mentors, and awarded Career and Leadership Development Event winners. Eastern Region Vice President Morgan Anderson delivered her retiring address on what it means to be a good person, before the session was adjourned.
