Nick Baker – The One and Only

This is Nick Baker's 2016 retiring address as 2015-16 National FFA Secretary. Through stories of meeting Future Farmers of Japan and dressing as Elvis Presley as a child, Baker explores how others can pressure us to blend in rather than be ourselves. He uses the astronomically small odds of any individual existing to argue that each person is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime individual who should be fully themselves and serve the purpose only they can serve.
