Jessica Herr – The Yellow Table

This is Jessica Herr's 2023 retiring address as 2022-23 National FFA Secretary. Through the story of her own dream to open a coffee shop and cut flower farm called The Yellow Table, she encourages members to embrace their ordinary dreams, arguing that a dream's size doesn't diminish its value. She also emphasizes the importance of community and "dream defenders"—the people who fight for and encourage us as we pursue our goals.
