February 2026 Strategic Plan Update

Since launching last summer, we’ve:

• Strategic Plan kickoff with the FFA Board of Directors in May.
• Strategic Plan Steering Committee selected and engaged.
• Fieldwork and input gathering, including:
  • 14 SWOT sessions across the FFA community over the summer.
  • Student insights collected through delegate testimony and surveys.
  • A review of organizational data, documents and trends.
  • Synthesis of all input, resulting in nine key themes that will guide the next phase of strategy development.
• Next up: Strategy Mapping
  The Senior Management Team began strategy mapping in December, using the themes to define goals that are clear, measurable and aligned to the organization’s future.
• The Strategic Plan Steering Committee will help refine and approve the goals as we move into the next phase.
