National FFA Board of Directors Adds Four New Members

INDIANAPOLIS (Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, National FFA Organization) – The National FFA Organization recently added four new leaders to the National FFA Board of Directors. The board members support the National FFA Organization by providing direction and policy, comprising 13 members from diverse agricultural and industry backgrounds. The new members include:

  • Jaye Hamby, Director of USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture, will serve in an appointed role on the board. Hamby served as an FFA National Officer from 1988 to 1989.
  • Nikki Fideldy-Doll, North Dakota State FFA Advisor and Supervisor of Agricultural Education at North Dakota Career and Technical Education, who will serve as the Central State Advisor from 2026 – 2028.
  • Marty Jones, an Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources teacher from Oklahoma who serves as an FFA Advisor at Bartlesville Public Schools and will be on the board from 2026 – 2028.
  • Becki Lawver, PhD, a professor of agricultural education and head of the Applied Sciences, Technology and Education department at Utah State University, will also serve on the board from 2026 – 2028.
