In this episode, I spoke with 2025 WAVE Ag Farmer of the Year and Carlisle County Farm Bureau Board President Bobby Toon to discuss the importance of “Living to Serve.” From supporting Kentucky Purchase Region FFA Chapters and pushing for more youth events and opportunities, to giving back to the community, Toon has made serving a priority in his life.
Toon details why he gives back to the community, and how this affects his daily farm and family life. Toon also discusses how service is deeper than just action, but about being the voice people need. He raises the challenging question, “What do youth need to see in their leadership?”
