About the Author: Cooper Autry
Hey everyone! My name is Cooper Autry, and I proudly represent the Scotts Hill FFA Chapter in West Tennessee. I am a sophomore serving as my chapter’s Reporter. Along with being part of FFA in the USA, I am currently enrolled in an Agricultural Communications Internship with Cypress Magazine, which ties into my Agricultural Communications SAE. I also maintain Beef Cattle and Equine Science SAEs, reflecting my love for production agriculture and animal science.
Outside of FFA, I stay active as a member of the Scotts Hill High School Baseball Team and serve as the 10th Grade Class Vice President. In my free time, you can find me helping on my family farm, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, or working a pair of mules to a wagon.
After high school, I plan to attend UTK or UTM to major in an agriculture-related degree so I can make an impact in the ag industry!
I am passionate about advocating for agriculture on the National FFA level, and I’m eager to continue serving, learning, and growing throughout the upcoming year!
