How to Apply for the National Chapter Award

Applications and Forms

To apply for a State Superior Chapter award, fill out Form I of the National Chapter Award Application and submit it to your state FFA association. Applications that qualify for additional recognition will be forwarded to the National FFA Center by your state FFA staff along with State Certification Form A.

To compete for State Gold, Silver and Bronze awards and National FFA Star Chapter ratings fill out Form II of the National Chapter Award Application and submit it to your state FFA association. Applications that qualify for national recognition will be forwarded to the National FFA Center by your state FFA staff along with State Certification Form B.

Special Needs Requests

If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, your FFA advisor must submit the Special Needs Request Form along with your application and other required forms. Special Needs Policy

Deadlines

All applications for national competition must be post marked to the National FFA Center by July 15. The online certification through the advisor's MyAgCN account must also be completed by July 15.
