National FFA Organization
INDIANAPOLIS (Wednesday, May 8, 2013/National FFA Organization) – Nick Radivan has been named sales and development manager at the National FFA Organization.
In his role, he will be responsible for assisting the organization’s Marketing, Communications and Brand Management Division in exhibit sales and marketing, sponsorships, advertisements and licensing opportunities.
Radivan joined the National FFA Organization from the Indianapolis Star where he was a sales coordinator who managed single-copy operations within the greater Indianapolis area and at all major public events. Previously, he completed a marketing internship at Elvis Presley Enterprises in Memphis, Tenn., during which he assisted the marketing department with marketing and promoting Graceland, special events and the likeness of the Elvis Presley estate.
Originally from Indianapolis, Radivan earned an undergraduate degree in sales management from Purdue University, where he earned academic honors and was named to the Dean's List. He was a member of the Purdue University Sales Competition Team and a teacher’s assistant for Introductory to Selling Principles and Strategic Sales and Marketing.
Radivan, who resides in Indianapolis, is a member of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events and serves on the IAEE Young Professionals Committee.
The National FFA Organization provides leadership, personal growth and career success training through agricultural education to 557,318 student members in grades seven through 12 who belong to one of 7,498 local FFA chapters throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
