Quality assurance is the process by which food products are inspected to assure they meet company and government standards. Generally, this is one of the lasts steps in the food production process. Many times a company will determine what they want the end product to look like before the process of developing it begins. This concept can be linked to the idea in the lesson of beginning with the end product in mind.

Just as we look at products coming off the processing or production lines for specific traits and standards, we need to measure ourselves. Do we exemplify a good moral leader? What can we due to strengthen the quality of these traits to assure success?
