2012 National Chapter Application
Advisors, make sure your members download the new National Chapter application on the National Chapter Awards webpage for use in the 2012 award year. There are some changes to the application that came out of the revisions process, and you must use the new application for 2012. The new handbook contains the score sheet and new revised rubric that will help students fill out the application and guide them to acquiring the most points. A sample application is available in the handbook for additional reference.
