New Launch Date for Revamped ffa.org
State staff, take note. As you know, FFA is currently undertaking a large-scale project to update the functionality and design of ffa.org. These changes are necessary to allow the website to interact with other critical systems to collect and report data - including membership information. Originally the site was to go live Sept. 1; that date has been pushed back to early October. We are taking some extra time to make sure all our state staff stakeholders have a chance to weigh in on the new site and for us to utilize that valuable feedback. We will be hosting live site demonstrations in September to get your input on the proposed site design. More information will be available soon.

Stay Tuned...Emergency Communication System for National Convention to Debut
The National FFA Organization is utilizing an emergency communication system as part of the convention communication process. The system is designed to alert advisors and state staff of any emergency or high-priority situation that might occur during national convention. If an emergency does occur, a text message, phone call or e-mail will be sent to your phone or mobile device, alerting you of the specific situation. (Examples of emergencies include: fire, severe weather, crisis or disaster.) To be included in the emergency communication system, sign-up information will be included in your registration confirmation e-mail.
