Presidential Management Fellowship (PMF)

The Presidential Management Fellowship Program is a flagship leadership development program for advanced degree candidates interested in federal government work. The program attracts and selects the best candidates through a rigorous application and selection process – all with the intention of developing a cadre of potential government leaders.
