The 2016 National FFA Convention & Expo will be held on October 19-22 in Indianapolis. As an exhibitor your organization will be able to build awareness of your brand and interact with attendees with a vested interest in your operations. Hall of States

Hall of States exhibits are meant to introduce nonresidents to the traditions of others states and expose to all show attendees America's agricultural diversity. Every year we are always excited to highlight the hard work, pride and dedication of our FFA Members from across the Country on the Expo show floor. Exhibits may be developed by a chapter, an FFA Alumni group or other state groups or sponsors.The Hall of States reservation portal will open in May for states to begin reserving their booth locations.

Q: When and where is the 2016 National FFA Convention & Expo?
A: The 2016 National FFA Convention & Expo will take place on October 19-22 in Indianapolis Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center.

Q: How do I make housing arrangements?
A: : As a 2016 FFA Expo exhibitor, you will be able to reserve rooms in the housing block at a special rate using our booking code. This code and reservation form will be released in mid-April.

Q: Will there be exhibitor parking?
A: There will not be complimentary parking passes for 2016. Parking can be purchased during the name badge registration process in August.

Q: What is included in the booth space?
A: All booths are sold in 10'x10' increments. The booth registration fee includes pipe and drape and an exhibitor ID sign. Exhibitors will also have exclusive access to the exhibitor lounge, as well as entry into general sessions (outside of opening sessions). Tables, chairs, carpet, electricity and other booth decorations can be ordered for additional cost through Fern Expo. An exhibitor kit will be available in spring 2016 to help you make arrangements for your space.

Q: Can I choose my booth space location?
A: Due to the intensive nature of convention and expo planning, exhibitors are not able to choose their own booth locations. Exhibitors may submit a request for a specific booth number and can also request that their booth not be located near competitors or specific types of companies. These requests can be made during the booth reservation process, or by emailing request to EXPO@FFA.ORG.
