Online convention pre-registration will open in mid-August. You can also register onsite in the North Wing Lobby at the Kentucky Exposition Center beginning October 29, 2013.
The following registration fees have been set for the 2013 National FFA Convention & Expo:
$45 – for chapters that preregister and use the housing block.
$45 – for chapters located within a 100-mile radius of the host city that preregister for a full registration and will drive daily to convention.
$60 – for chapters that preregister and do not use the housing block or that will drive from a distance more than 100 miles from the host city.
$70 – for all on-site registrations.
Convention Ticket Exchange and Refund Procedure
Opening session tickets may only be exchanged at the registration counter at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Exchange of these tickets will be accommodated if the desired session has available seats. All other tickets are nonrefundable and may not be exchanged or returned unless the event is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will receive instructions on receiving your refund.
Over the years, as the National FFA Convention & Expo has become a larger, more dynamic event, FFA has experienced a steady increase in convention operating costs. Sponsorships and other revenues have helped to offset these costs, but they do not cover them completely. Your convention registration fees only cover a fraction of the overall costs of running the convention.
National FFA staff continues to search for new ways to cut costs while also maximizing the convention experience for FFA members. We strive to keep registration fees as affordable as possible.
