We have been reviewing our published documents regarding the entire jacket measuring process to ensure that we have the best information possible available regarding how to determine what size of Official FFA Jacket a student should order. Many adjustments have been made information is available www.ffa.org/shop to ensure the process of ordering an Official FFA Jacket is more understandable.

"I’d like you to provide better sizing guides for each item,"

Our response:
For the 2012-2013 school year we launched a sizing chart on Shop FFA that provides a much more positive shopping experience, in terms of fit and sizing. Each apparel item in the Blue catalog has been assigned to 1 of 3 fit descriptions slim, classic, and relaxed based on the fit of the garment. The fit description assigned to an item is easily found on the item page. One click provides the corresponding size chart, information on the fit as well as tips on how to measure.

"I’d like you to increase the number of items made in the USA,"

Our response:
We strive to buy items which are made in the USA when they offer quality and value. Please refer to the Wool Felt Banners (see FFA.org/shop GOLD /Supplies/Banners and Signs), Pewter Giftware (Gold/Gifts/Graduation), and many of our Scrapbooking items (Gold/Supplies/Scrapbooking). Many of our other items are printed in the USA, even if they are not completely Made in the USA. Because we know this is important to FFA members and advisors, we will continue to search for made in the USA items which offer quality and value.

Our response:
We continue to strive to offer a product mix that appeals to all of our customer groups. We have increased our logo gear assortment by 75 percent in 2012 and recently introduced new Cool-Tek Polos that allow the customer to choose either the FFA letters or emblem as the left chest logo. There are more FFA logo items currently in work for multiple product categories that will be available on Shop FFA before the end of the year.

This includes, but is not limited to, 25 count packages of locker magnets, notepads, pens, buttons, and a 20 ct. package of bookmarks.
