Our response:
We continue to streamline our systems to eliminate the need for manual touch points during the ordering process. Our end goal is to have orders processed 100 percent in our systems without the need for assistance. Any differences in the purchase receipt and actual credit card charge are generally the result of human error at some point processing the order. As we continue to streamline our systems and processes, these differences become fewer and farther between. We will continue to be vigilant during our quality control processes.
