Domestic or Imported: All fabric is made domestically and then shipped for assembly. Domestically assembled jackets have a $10.00 per jacket charge which will be added to your order.

All purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Accounts 90 days past due will be charged $5 per month late fee.
Online Purchase Orders
Online orders can now be processed using a valid Purchase Order number (PO). At registration you can indicate that you are an authorized chapter advisor, adding your chapter number and name. The customer service staff will then verify your information and you will receive an email indicating you now have Chapter Account status. This status allows you to use a PO at checkout, no credit card required. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your updated status. You can make an order before your status has been verified, but you will have to use a credit card to make the purchase. NOTE: Orders made by PO must be sent to the chapter's "ship to" address on file.
Purchase Orders
Valid school purchase order numbers along with valid signature are accepted for fax, mail or phone orders.
Credit Card Orders
Regular credit card orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided on the order form or provided to the customer service representative during phone orders.
Check Orders
Checks will be accepted for mail-in orders only. Checks must include a daytime telephone number. Please make checks payable to the National FFA Organization - DO NOT SEND CASH.

FFA Gift Certificates
FFA gift certificates cannot be redeemed online or over the telephone. To redeem a FFA gift certificate please mail in your certificate along with the order or you may use a gift certificate to pay an invoice (certificate must be mailed in with invoice)

All items are shipped by UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
FFA will ship your order via UPS within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail. Please note: Some factory & personalized items can take 4-8 weeks to deliver.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of merchandise purchased. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. Fuel surcharges have been added to the total due to the continual rise in fuel costs. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the shipping rates apply for each address.

Emergency Rush Service Fee: Official Jackets
For jackets needed earlier than the schedule provides, an emergency rush service may be available. Because of the additional expense incurred by interrupting the production schedule and the necessary administration to coordinate the request between FFA and the jacket factory, a $10.00 per jacket fee will be added for each jacket needed in less than three weeks, plus expedited shipping and handling fees. This fee will not be charged if we cannot meet your requested delivery date.

What Is Your Return Policy?
FFA® will replace, exchange or give credit for any non-personalized item up to 90 days after the date of purchase. The official FFA® jacket is a personalized item and cannot be returned or replaced. A new jacket must be ordered for jackets that are ordered too small, too large or lettered incorrectly by the advisor, student or parent.
Can I have An Official Jacket Re-lettered?
FFA® continues to provide the service of changing jacket lettering. Only the front of official jackets can be re-lettered. Re-lettering orders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Some older jackets made of lighter material cannot be re-lettered and will be returned to you at no charge. To have a
jacket re-lettered, please send the jacket along with your name, address, chapter name, chapter number, advisor name, a description of what needs to be re-lettered and payment to the following address:

I Am A Past FFA Member. Can I Order An Official Jacket As A Keepsake Item?
