| Position Description | The primary responsibility of this position is to lead, organize and manage major development efforts on behalf of the National FFA Organization. The position will work closely with FFA leadership in understanding overall outcomes of major new projects. Once a new project is initiated, this position will lead the development of the business requirements and collaborate with FFA leadership to set clearly definable benchmarks and measures of success. The position will analyze available internal and external resources for solution completion, manage external development partners, and provide overall solution design strategies for assigned projects. |
