| Position Title | WLC Conference Coordinator– Advisor Program |
| Position Description | Primary responsibility is to deliver on-site coordination of the WLC Advisor program to participating FFA Advisors, as well as, work with all vendors to make sure that all logistical areas are consistently running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assemble WLC Advisor Program materials, direct administrative business at the conference facility in relationship to financial matters, housing arrangements, meal counts, room sets, vendor/contract management, billing arrangements, and act as a liaison with advisors when appropriate. Must operate WLC Advisor Program within the WLC Advisor Program budget. Assistant Manager will be required to be certified in First Aid/CPR training once hired. • Work with vendors on logistical areas • Conduct daily & weekly staff meetings • Direct administrative duties |
