The National FFA Organization offers a series of leadership and personal growth conferences. For member conferences, you don't have to be an officer to participate. The only requirement is a desire to grow, learn and have fun.

These Conferences are EDGE, MFE, ALD and the Washington Leadership Conference.

212 Degress212° - the temperature at which water boils - will focus on taking students to the boiling point of leadership.  At 211° water is extremely hot, but just one more degree gets us to the next level. These conferences focus on student development. Students will be challenged to push the limits. Themes for this conference include: Virtues, Growth and Collaboration.

National Leadership Conference for State Officers (NLCSO)

State Presidents' Conference (SPC)

A weeklong leadership conference for two state officers from each association held annually in Washington, D.C.  This advanced leadership training builds on the first two components of the state FFA officer leadership continuum.  In addition to leadership development, participants develop an understanding of partner relationships and begin the initial phase of the national delegate process.

Conference Date: July 27-30, 2010
