Put convention dates and award deadlines on the school calendar.
Fill out the housing form and mail it to the Indianapolis Housing Bureau along with a check for your room deposit.
Arrange for transportation to and from Indianapolis.
Conduct fundraising activities to help with expenses for attending the national FFA convention.
